Face value if you're fast.
A spare if you're not.
Timepiece tickets sell out in about a minute and the drop is never announced in advance. We alert you the second they go live — and if you still miss out, we show you what other students are reselling.
Alerts come through Telegram
It's a free messaging app. If you don't already have it, it takes about a minute to set up — and you get your private invite to the alerts channel the moment you subscribe.

How you get set up
Four steps, and you only do them once.
- 1
Subscribe
Pick a plan above and pay by card. You'll need an ExeTix account — if you're not signed in, we'll ask you to log in first.
- 2
Get your private invite link
Straight after payment you land on a page with a link to the alerts channel. It works once and only for you, so there's no point sharing it. It's also kept on your subscription page if you lose it.
- 3
Open it in Telegram
Tap the link and the channel opens. No Telegram yet? Install it free from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with your phone number, then come back and tap your link again.
- 4
Turn notifications on
Open the channel, tap its name at the top, and check it isn't muted. Tickets go in about a minute, so an alert you see later is no use to you.
Already subscribed? Your subscription page has your invite link, your renewal date and the credit you've earned.
Want to earn from it instead? Become a TixDrop partner — your code takes 50p off someone's first month and earns you 50p.
Face value, the second they go live
You get the link and which entry times are still available — so you're not guessing which slot to try while they sell out.
A spare if you miss out
Every other alert service leaves you stuck when the drop goes. We show you what other students have listed for that night, so missing it isn't the end of your night.
Drops are Monday to Wednesday
Usually between 10am and 7pm, but never at a fixed time. That's the whole problem, and it's why watching for you is worth something.
Sell a spare, pay less
Every ticket you sell on ExeTix takes £1 off your next bill. Four in a month and the month costs you nothing — so the people who use ExeTix most pay the least for TixDrop.
Questions people ask first
I've never used Telegram.
Neither had most people here. It's a free app, you sign up with your phone number, and that's the whole setup — you don't have to add anyone or post anything. You only need it to receive the alerts.
Can I get alerts by text or email instead?
Not at the moment. Telegram is the only thing we've found that reliably buzzes a phone within seconds of a drop, and seconds are what this is for.
What if I don't join the channel?
Nothing reaches you until you tap your invite link — the subscription and the channel are separate steps. Your link stays on your subscription page, so join whenever you like.
How do I cancel?
From your subscription page, which opens Stripe. You keep access until the period you've already paid for ends, and you're not charged again.
Missed out, or ended up with a spare?
ExeTix is where Exeter students buy and sell spare tickets. Listing is free and the buyer covers the booking fee, so you get what you ask for.
